INCLUSIONS:

· Banquet hall and adjoining patio rental from 10 am – Midnight on the day of the event. 50% non-refundable down payment at time of booking. Final payment due 1 month prior to the event.

· Option to hold your ceremony at our private outdoor gazebo located just feet from the shores of Lake Wisconsin or inside the banquet hall

· King Suite for the Bridal Couple with early check in at 10 am, along with 10% discounted rates for our remaining 41 units (ranging from traditional queen rooms to 3-bedroom suites, all with balconies overlooking Lake Wisconsin), depending on availability at the time of booking.

· “Getting Ready” room with a private toilet, mirrors and outlets. 

· Access to our preferred catering list providing a wide variety of menu options and pricing, or the option to hire your own caterer

· Catering prep kitchen with state-of-the-art equipment and private entrance

· Permanent bar and licensed bartenders for your event, Class B beer, wine and liquor license. We can bring in specialty liquors on request. Drink packages can be discussed at the time of booking.

· Room set up and tear down for up to 200 seated at tables of 10, cake table and gift table. Access to our preferred vendor list for linens, tableware and dinnerware rentals. 

· Two large monitors in the room for displaying photos, videos, etc. 

· Spectacular sunset views from the gazebo and patio overlooking Lake Wisconsin and the Wisconsin River. Patio features fabulous fire pit for chilly weather. 

· Year-round Friday wedding option: $1,500 rental fee for Thursday night Rehearsal and early set up. Off-peak Saturday wedding option: $2,000 rental fee for Friday night Rehearsal and early set up.

· Large paved hotel parking lot for easy access and parking.
